Designed the UX and user flows for a suite of event web applications created to support attendees throughout the entire event experience. The main goal of the products was to provide a seamless and engaging environment for guests — from event navigation and schedules to feedback collection and direct communication with organizers
The applications included multiple attendee interaction scenarios, such as personalized event information, interactive activities, gamification features, and engagement mechanics designed to increase participation.
My role was to create intuitive user flows and ensure a smooth user experience across all touchpoints. I also adapted the interface design to the event’s visual identity, developing the applications in line with the branding system that I had previously created for the event. The result was a cohesive digital ecosystem that enhanced attendee engagement while maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand experience.
