Cosmoconnect Website Redesign
Designed the new corporate website for Cosmoconnect, a satellite communications operator, following the company’s updated brand guidelines. The project required balancing the visual identity of Cosmoconnect with the design principles and digital ecosystem of its parent company, Eutelsat, ensuring consistency across both brands while maintaining Cosmoconnect’s own positioning.

One of the key challenges was delivering a large-scale website redesign within an extremely tight timeline. To meet the deadline, I was responsible not only for the visual design of the website but also for organizing and managing the design process.
My role included creating page concepts and high-fidelity layouts, while closely collaborating with the development team to ensure that design solutions aligned with technical capabilities, project constraints, and implementation timelines. This approach helped reduce development risks and streamline the production process.
To scale the work efficiently, I assembled and coordinated a small design team of two additional designers. Alongside hands-on design work, I managed task distribution, maintained design consistency, reviewed deliverables, and ensured alignment with both the brand guidelines and project goals.
The result was a modern, cohesive website that reflected the new brand identity, supported business objectives, and was delivered successfully within a demanding production schedule.
